Permanent Steel Framed Buildings
These steel framed buildings are bespoke designed and supplied brand new, with up to 120mm steel wall cladding. The framework is section steel with steel sheet roof and wall cladding available up to 120mm gauge to meet latest UK Part L-2 Building regulations.
Almost as fast to install as temporary or interim buildings but designed to meet all building regulations and any fire rating requirements. Mezzanine floors can be installed in these buildings
Our bespoke steel buildings are constructed using steel uprights and roof beams, with steel roof panels and steel wall panels screwed into place for permanent fixing. Steel buildings do require a firm solid foundation which can be specified by our engineer. We can then arrange for the installation of the concrete pad.

Semi-Permanent
Just like our temporary buildings, this very latest product is totally relocatable, but it is made with a box steel frame rather than aluminium. This is a far more robust building system enabling side heights of up to 10 metres and spans of up to 60 metres as a Maxi-Space. They also come with steel cladding which improves insulation, energy, and efficiency rating.
The steel sections increase the fire-rating of the building enabling full compliance with Building Regulations – even when a boundary condition is imposed.

Temporary Buildings
The PVC roof gives the us the continental name of industrial tents, which is becoming more popular usage in the UK. The PVC roof gives the buildings the tolerance to stand on almost any surface, like a tent, without the need for a pre-prepared base, giving a big cost-saving. This makes them ideal in an emergency or for short-term use. These relocatable structures can easily be moved to another site if need be.

The roof covers are made of PVC fabric and are designed to slide through the aluminium roof beams to create a water-tight seal. The wall cladding is a steel sheet system in a variety of gauges depending upon insulation requirements.
These are a portal frame system designed using aluminium box profile for the main beams, with steel inserts which connect the roof beams and uprights together to create an A-frame.
